Donna Hoyt has worked as the General Manager for the Indian National Finals Rodeo (INFR) since 2001. INFR currently has 2500+ members and serves 12 Regions within the United States and Canada with members ranging from 10 years of age to 80. The INFR celebrated 45 years at the Southpoint - Las Vegas in October 2021. Donna holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
